We produce and distribute protective leggings for sportsmen involved in contact sport, especially soccer. The leggings are light weight, breathable and made of two layers of Kevlar. The leggings are worn under the socks and afford anti cut protection to the lower leg from high speed studs or blades.

It is used extensively in many aspects of our lives and the applications are several. Anything from tyres, brake pads, fan belts to tennis rackets or canoes, the uses are endless. The most famous application of Kevlar is the use of it in bullet proof vests. In order to stop bullets the inner of a vest consists of several layers of Kevlar. Kevlar has a remarkable property inthat it is very efficient at absorbing kinetic energy. An impact is absorbed and the energy is transmitted and dispersed along the fibres. |
